Need a doctor or medical help? Call the Queenstown Medical Centre and ask for advice or make an appointment. For faster attention, you can walk in (no prior appointment necessary) to see an Urgent Care doctor.

Opening hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday

Urgent Care Clinic hours:

9:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday – Friday | 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Sat, Sun & Public Holidays

Outside this time your best option is to head to Lakes District Hospital Emergency Room Located in Frankton. Please note that access to the Emergency Room is located off Lucas Place (not the Douglas Street entrance).

Call 111 in emergencies
